Travel booked, Xmas presents dealt with, provision made for my cat, and all in all, I'm feeling much more relaxed about Christmas. Maybe Douglas Adams had it right about random tendrils of Guilt connecting people to things, although, since there is still washing up to be done, I've still got an attachment to my house and everything. So that's a relief.

Excellent. I'm almost there. Two more pressies to get. And then all I have to worry about is what I'm going to do with my spare time over the break.
PS: I'm just about to book tickets to come down for KapCon weekend. Norman says he even has a roll out bed now.
Yep, he does. Also I'm going to be flatemate-less for most of January, so there's lots of room for people who would like a holiday in Wellington and all.

I, for my part, am not even *nearly* there, damnit.
I, as I posted on Cat's journal, *suck* mightily at Xmas shopping. Or any kind of present shopping, really.
I spent an hour at St Lukes yesterday, trying to get some last minute shopping done, and came away with not nearly as much as I needed to.
So when will we be seeing you?

Did a box arrive on your doorstep today? It's got presents for some of the Auckland crowd and it was easier to send it all to one place.

Er, I don't know exactly. You two are both very welcome to come and visit me if you want to spend some time out of Auckland, though.
